We will send you an email with the switch information as soon as we start a switch on your behalf. After this, a supplier normally takes around a week to get in contact, but sometimes they can take longer. If you haven’t received an email from them please do check in your junk/ spam folder. Still can’t find anything? Reach out to the supplier directly and us, we’ll get to the bottom of what’s going on!
